Dave Ulrich is Co-founder and Principal at The RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. Dave has been named the “#1 Management Guru” by BusinessWeek, and Fast Company has profiled him as one of the world’s “Top 10 Creative People in Business.” He is also recognized as a “Top 5 Coach” in Forbes.
Dave has been a professor at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business for over 38 years. He has published over 200 articles and over 30 books. Dave is most proud of his three children and ten grandchildren. He and his wife Wendy love connecting with family. Dave also loves sharing ideas with impact and enjoys helping others improve.
