Did you know that one of the best ways you can set an excellent example for others in your area of influence is to practice the radical act of gratitude? It’s true! Think about it, when someone takes the time to thank you for a favor or writes you a note to express their gratitude - it makes a difference! In the business world, you want to stand out and get remembered for good things - practicing gratitude should be high on your list! The default setting for many leaders seems to be stuck on selfishness and pride, be the difference and choose to express gratitude - what do you have to lose?

What is the most challenging aspect of your job? Is it casting a vision for the massive organization that you lead? Maybe for you, the challenge is leading your business out of a slow season and into a new one. Whatever your current situation is, you need to make sure your team understands where you are headed. As Sean leads the effort over at YPO, he has learned the value of keeping an eye on the prize. Too often, leaders and organizations get sidetracked from the primary objective - don’t let that happen to you!
